OTTPlus is a subscription-based video-on-demand (SVOD) streaming platform that allows users to access Bangla movies, dramas, series, shows, and other digital entertainment content (“OTTPlus Content”) via the internet on compatible devices (“OTTPlus Ready Devices”).

OTTPlus is owned and operated by Wildroots Media and Entertainment Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Bangladesh.

 2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OTTPlus (website, mobile apps, or connected devices), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the OTTPlus Service.

 3. The OTTPlus Service

•                  OTTPlus provides subscription-based (SVOD) access to licensed digital content.

•                  Content availability may vary by region, device, and licensing agreements.

•                  OTTPlus reserves the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time.

 4. Eligibility

•                  You must be 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country.

•                  Minors may use the Service only under adult supervision.

 5. Subscription & Billing

•                  Subscriptions are billed monthly or as per the selected plan.

•                  Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

•                  Taxes (including VAT) may be applied as per government regulations.

•                  OTTPlus may revise pricing or plans with at least 30 days’ prior notice.

 6. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

•                  Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.

•                  You can cancel anytime from your OTTPlus account.

•                  Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

 7. Use of Content

You may:

•                  Stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

•                  Copy, download (unless explicitly allowed), reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform OTTPlus content.

•                  Share account access beyond allowed device limits.

•                  Use the Service for commercial or public exhibition purposes.

All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 8. Device & Technical Requirements

•                  OTTPlus requires a stable internet connection.

•                  Streaming quality depends on bandwidth, device, and network conditions.

•                  OTTPlus is not responsible for internet or data usage charges.

 9. Account Responsibility

•                  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

•                  Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

•                  OTTPlus may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

 10. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

•                  Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.

•                  Attempt to bypass DRM or security systems.

•                  Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

•                  Misuse OTTPlus data or services in any unlawful manner.

 11. Fair Use

OTTPlus respects copyright laws and may host content or excerpts under applicable fair use provisions for review, commentary, or promotional purposes where legally permitted.

 12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OTTPlus is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTTPlus and Wildroots Media and Entertainment Limited shall not be liable for:

•                  Content inaccuracies

•                  Data loss

•                  Indirect or consequential damages

 14. Termination

OTTPlus may suspend or terminate access if:

•                  These Terms are violated

•                  Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected

 15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

 16. Changes to Terms

OTTPlus may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
